Property Manager - Redditch
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus
Type: Full-Time, Permanent- Office based

About the Role:
As Property Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of management are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors - responsible for maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and occupied.
 
Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of a residential/commercial property portfolio
Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and health & safety standards
Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, rent collection, service charges and arrears management
Preparing tenancy paperwork
Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
Undertaking mid-term inspections 
The Successful Property Manager applicant will have the following skills and experience:-

Experience in block management, preparing budgets & end of year balancing charges/credits
Strong knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in property management software, experience with Re-Leased would be a distinct advantage.
A full UK driving licence.
