Requirements & Skills:

BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering

Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.

Significant experience in specification design across a variety of building types.

Strong knowledge of UK regulations, BS standards, health & safety legislation, and contract/business law.

Proficiency with IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software; confident in MS Word and Excel.

Background in consulting or construction, with an understanding of global business operations.

Ethical approach, aligned with professional standards and codes of conduct.
