Job Description

Review, analyze, and evaluate various systems operations. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution. Performs advance root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems. Provide technical support on a variety of issues. Escalate problems to next level support professionals when necessary.

Requirements: Specific Duties - Technical Support Lead

Individual will be responsible for leading Quality Validation initiatives within Technical Service Operations Organization. Work directly with suppliers to coordinate projects. Analyze Parts catalog inquiries from Dealer technicians, understand trend and present to Senior Management. Attend Warranty and Safety meetings, manage issues related to Parts, Service Information, Diagnostic, Owners Manual and Wiring. Good communication and presentation skills required. Must be proficient with formula/chart with MS Excel and Google sheets. Vehicle technical knowledge is an asset.

Basic Requirements:Requires a Technical Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Demonstrate excellent ability to support, review, analyze, and evaluate various systems operations. Demonstrate ability to communicate to all user community in written and verbal form.May be required to drive a company vehicle - valid drivers license and clean driving record required.May be required to travel - domestic & international (0-20%)

Additional Requirements:

  • Need to be Technically sound with Vehicle system and layout knowledge.
  • Experience in supervising teams to Plan and execute projects, Set target and monitor delivery.Strong attention to detail along with Presentation skills.Conduct weekly meetings with Senior Management Ability to work cross-functionally with Suppliers and Offshore team to Establish processes to increase productivity Analyze warranty, field and feedback data, present and initiate projects to address concerns and track progress
