We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Bench Joiner to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high–quality bespoke joinery items, working with precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

You will work in our workshop manufacturing custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, frames, stair parts, counters, and other joinery components to exact specifications.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
• Strong woodworking and bench joinery skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Competent use of joinery machinery and hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Good time management and teamwork skills

Desirable:

• Experience with CNC machinery
• Knowledge of site installation (not essential)
• Formal joinery or carpentry qualification
