We are on the hunt for an Application Engineer who's ready to design, develop, and revolutionise high-performance thermal spray coating solutions for industries that demand nothing but the best.

What you'll be doing

You won't be sitting on the sidelines in this role, you'll be right in the action, collaborating closely with production, sales, and clients to deliver world-class engineering solutions. Your role will span:

Creating innovative, fit-for-purpose thermal spray solutions that meet customer needs

Developing and refining application and machining processes

Designing tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks

Supporting new product introduction (NPI) from concept to qualification

Acting as the technical bridge between customers, sales and internal teams

Leading projects, mentoring others, and helping us continuously improve

What you'll bring

You're a hands-on, forward-thinking engineer who thrives on solving problems and delivering value. Your skill set includes:

A solid background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering

Fluency in engineering language - both written and spoken

Proficiency in CAD (preferably SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office

A detail-focused, results-driven mindset

Strong communication skills - with the confidence to be customer-facing

A collaborative attitude and the ability to lead projects from start to finish

Experience in thermal spray coating? Even better - but not essential!
