Estimator - Mechanical & Electrical

£40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance

Information on the role

* Attend varied client sites across a range of sectors

* Survey works and manage the end to end process of receiving the tender and submitting the quotation

* Head up the estimating and speciation writing of the mechanical arm of the business

* Managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts

* Present tenders to directors for review prior to final submission

* Work closely with bid team, project managers and directors

* Attend handover meetings with contract team upon successful tenders

What we'd like from you

* Proven Mechanical & Electrical estimating experience in the commercial & industrial sectors

* Previous experience within design and build mechanical projects

* Excellent computer skills

* Exceptional written and spoken English skills

* Self-motivated personality

* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude

* Organisation and time management skills
