Millison Chase Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Class 2 HGV Concrete Volumetric Driver based in Bromsgrove. This position is offered as a 12‑week Temp to Perm role, providing a clear and secure pathway into a permanent job.

Volumetric mixer experience is preferred, but additional training can be provided.

Pay & Progression

* £14.50 per hour during your 12‑week temporary period (paid weekly by Millison Chase Ltd)

* Upon completion, you transfer to a permanent salary of £34,546 per year to £42,000 Including bonus

Millison CHase Ltd run fully in house payroll and do Not use umbarella or exturnal management companies.

Key Responsibilities

* Driving and safely operating a concrete volumetric mixer

* Delivering concrete accurately and efficiently on customer sites

* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and performing basic maintenance

* Providing a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service

* Following all company and site health & safety procedures

Requirements

* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (12 months commercial exsperince required)

* Concrete pouring experience (Ideal but not required)

* Volumetric mixer experience (preferred but not essential)

* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

* Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude

* Willing to complete a 12‑week temp period prior to becoming permanent
