We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a temporary Despatch/Warehouse Assistant to join a fast-paced operations environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a collaborative team.

The Role

Working as part of an operations team, you will support the receiving, storage, packaging and dispatch of products.

Key responsibilities include:

* Picking and packing orders to meet daily targets

* Receiving deliveries and booking stock into inventory systems

* Completing paperwork accurately and in line with strict timelines

* Carrying out stock counts, cycle counts and waste disposals

* Following standard operating procedures at all times

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety

* Supporting internal and external customer requirements

* Reporting any health, safety or quality concerns

About You

* Basic Maths and English (GCSE level or equivalent experience)

* IT literate

* Strong attention to detail

* Able to work under pressure and as part of a team

* Flexible, adaptable and reliable

Desirable (but not essential):

* Experience within a regulated, GMP or similar environment
