Key Responsibilities

  • Processing business and drafting basic suitability letters
  • Booking and preparing for client reviews and meetings
  • Managing and maximising business opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating client records
  • Supporting company compliance efforts

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services administration is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and client-focused skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • A flexible and professional approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
