Key Responsibilities
- Processing business and drafting basic suitability letters
- Booking and preparing for client reviews and meetings
- Managing and maximising business opportunities
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Supporting company compliance efforts
Requirements
- Experience in financial services administration is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and client-focused skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills
- A flexible and professional approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
