• Lead procurement across all direct categories, ensuring sourcing of products and secure best-value agreements.
• Strengthen and manage the supply chain function, including demand forecasting, inventory control and 3PL performance.
• Drive use of digital procurement tools and introduce new systems that improve visibility, accuracy, and collaboration.
• Run competitive e-sourcing events and negotiations that deliver savings without compromising quality.
• Track market trends and analyse supply risks, using insight to guide sourcing decisions.
• Work closely with internal teams and external supply partners to support product development, cost accuracy, and continuity of supply.
