A specialist high end residential Construction Consultancy are seeking a competent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy with a flat structure and a team focused culture who solely work on luxury and impressive high end residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading 3-4 high end residential projects, valuing between £3m and £30m, from pre contract through to completion/handover.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• High end residential project experience is a must
• Pre and post contract experience
• Quantity surveying degree
• Comfortable working in a flat structure
• Client facing
• Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
