Short & Long Term Classroom Support

As a successful candidate you will:

Assist teachers with lessons and activities
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Use positive encouragement to help pupils learn
Implement behaviour management strategies
Promote an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Establish constructive relationships with pupils

To be considered for this role you should have:

Experience as a teaching assistant or similar role
Knowledge of child development and learning needs
Excellent communication skills and patience
A resilient, caring and flexible approach
The drive to make a positive difference for pupils
