The job holder is accountable for the following activities during project execution by Major Project Division:
? To participate in the establishment and implementation of the Major Project Quality Management
? To implement the CLIENT Technical Referential and applicable local and international codes.
? To assist Projects in the execution of the Call for Tender Process (EPCIC5), detailed engineering,
procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation, offshore pipe-laying and offshore installation
? To assist and provide inputs for the Batch 3 CFT Contracts preparation related to QA/QC requirements
? Participate in clarifications during the CFT phases.
? To Coordinate the Quality Control, Surveillance activities with a strong support regarding welded and
seamless tubulars fabrication, pipe coating and concrete, automatic welding process and non-destructive
? To establish and implement the Project verification strategy in line with Regulations and Company
? To review and give advice on Contractors', Subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC Inspection & Test
Plans for whole coherence and adequacy.
? To define, organise and coordinate the Quality Surveillance of Contractors and of their main
Vendors/Subcontractors, organise Pre-Inspection Meeting and visits in coordination with concerned
Project Managers, and issue updated evaluations of their performance within the project;
Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other NOC HSE procedures in all activities,
? Carry out work in compliance with NOC values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed NOC
priorities and objectives, NOC standards and procedures and good industry practices,
? To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality,
? Coordinate the COMPANY dedicated Gallaf Batch 3 SUBSEA Quality team, conduct necessary
meeting, act as COMPANY Quality focal point in front of Gallaf Batch 3 SUBSEA Contractor,
? To participate in the establishment and implementation of the Project Quality Management System
? To participate in the Quality Evaluation and Technical Clarification of the Tenderers Offers during Call
for Tender phase, to participate to any Audit required during the course of the CFT.
? To assist Procurement Team in Technical Bid evaluation of critical items,
? To organize and / or participate to Contractor / Sub-Contractor / Vendors qualification and follow-up
Audits when necessary.
? To support the Project work package teams to develop and implement the criticality assessment and
COMPANY surveillance plans,
? To support the Project work package teams to ensure contractors develop and implement adequate
? To be the focal point for Surveillance and TPI frame agreements, selection of inspectors, Service Order
process and Notification Of Inspection (NOI).
? To be in charge of reviewing the inspection reports, to report main information to concern work packages,
Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms bridge linked to the existing facilities,
installation of subsea pipelines and debottlenecking of the produced water treatment, all these activities
could be executed across several international sites. Projects will require complex interfaces with other
entities of COMPANY.
? Project quality requirements shall be maintained down the supply chain through EPCIC Contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders. The QA/QC Coordinator shall provide guidance and support to project
teams and coordinate the Quality Control and Surveillance activities.
? The position is primarily based in Doha - Qatar for an initial period of 2 months (estimated)
