Passionate Chemistry Teacher Wanted in Kensington! Thriving Department School
Our high-achieving 11-18 thriving department school in Kensington is seeking a Passionate Chemistry Teacher to join their well-resourced Science department. The successful Chemistry Teacher will teach KS3-KS4 Science, with potential opportunities to specialise at KS5 Chemistry. This Chemistry Teacher role is ideal for someone passionate about Chemistry education and joining a thriving Science team. TLR opportunities are possible for the right Chemistry Teacher to lead Chemistry initiatives. We need a strong Chemistry Teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5 Chemistry).
* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for chemical concepts.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Chemistry curriculum.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Chemistry.
* Potentially contribute to the teaching of Chemistry at A-Level, depending on experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Chemistry education.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Chemistry.
* Demonstrated leadership potential and a willingness to contribute to the Science department (for TLR consideration for Chemistry).
