Description
Oversee and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis.
Work closely with external auditors during audits and reviews.Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
Proven experience in managing financial accounts within a similar industry.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Capability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
