An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of "On Site Technical Services Engineer", with majority focus on serving education clients in Staffordshire.

This role is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional IT services and ensuring the smooth operation of technology within the supported academic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to educational institutions, addressing hardware and software issues promptly meeting SLA requirements.

• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and networking devices.

• Implement and support educational software applications and ensure their seamless integration with existing systems.

• Conduct routine checks and audits of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support.

Offer training and guidance to end-users on best practices and IT-related procedures.

• Maintain accurate records in our documentation platform as well as completing daily support activity logs ensuring timely submission to the IT management team.

• Time not on site at the schools will be spent assisting the Technical Services team however required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably within an educational setting.

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of end-users.

• A Full UK Driving licence as well as own form of transport. Tech Stack
