Day-to-day of the role: - Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a dynamic team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial records.
