Our client is looking for a Training Programme Manager to shape and deliver world-class training programmes for subsea equipment operations. What you'll do

Lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programmes for complex subsea systems such as ROVs and subsea trenching systems.

Act as the bridge between OEMs, training providers, and our in-house experts to create engaging, accurate, and compliant training content.

*

Translate complex technical documentation into clear, practical learning materials.

*

Ensure all training aligns with industry standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.

*

Monitor training effectiveness, gathering feedback and driving improvements.

*

Stay ahead of subsea technology advancements to keep our programmes cutting-edge.

What we're looking for

*

Proven experience in training delivery/management ideally within subsea, offshore, or marine technology.

*

Strong technical knowledge of ROVs, trenching systems, and related control/electrical/hydraulic systems.

*

Ability to simplify complex technical details into effective training.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Familiarity with industry standards, certification processes, and offshore operations.

*

Ideally degree-qualified (engineering/marine tech) or HNC with relevant experience.

*

Training qualifications or mentoring experience a strong plus.
