This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher with a strong background in SEND to take on a pivotal role in shaping inclusive education.

About the Role

As SENCO, you will:

  • Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school.
  • Ensure all pupils with additional needs make accelerated progress and achieve their full potential.
  • Deliver high-quality, targeted interventions based on detailed knowledge of individual needs.
  • Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school improvement.
  • Support and guide staff to maintain excellent provision for pupils with SEND.
  • Monitor and evaluate SEND provision and use data to inform planning and resourcing.
What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and the National Award for SEN Coordination.
  • A proven track record of outstanding pupil progress and effective leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and SEND legislation.
  • Experience using data to drive improvement.
  • A commitment to professional development and inclusive education.
