Role Overview

This role suits an experienced Behaviour Mentor who can support students with complex behavioural needs and provide guidance to other staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead behaviour interventions for high-need students

Support and mentor behaviour staff

Contribute to behaviour plans and risk assessments

Work closely with Tutors and the Pastoral Lead

Requirements

Proven experience in behaviour support or AP settings

Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice

Confident and positive role model

Car driver preferred
