MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with an ambitious and expanding legal business in Chester that is looking to bring in a Personal Injury Solicitor to support their continued growth. You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently from instruction through to settlement, with a strong focus on client care and successful outcomes.

Your caseload will primarily consist of RTA claims, including both portal and non-portal work.

• Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury claims from start to conclusion

• Progress Fast Track cases efficiently and in line with SLAs

• Handle claims through the MOJ and OIC portals (Stages 1-3), as well as non-portal matters

• ManageRTA and Personal injury claims

• Deliver a high level of client service throughout the lifecycle of each case

• Maintain accurate records and work across multiple systems

• Qualified Solicitor (3 to 5 years PQE) with a background in claimant personal injury

• Strong understanding of the MOJ portal and claims process

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• A proactive, client-focused approach

• Salary up to £50,000 (DOE) + bonus structure
