Recruitment Resourcer - Healthcare Division AKA: Delivery Consultant, Candidate Consultant or Talent Resourcer
Central Manchester (Hybrid Working)
£25,000-£26,000 + Commission (OTE £31K+)

Opportunities for professional qualifications The Role
Proactively source and attract high-quality Support Workers across the UK 
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contract and temporary bank healthcare roles 
Work closely with consultants to fill roles within complex care, children's services and supported living services 
Screen, interview, and fully prepare candidates for placements 
Engage candidates using a consultative, relationship-led approach 
Maintain strong candidate relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals 
Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent Who we're looking for
1+ year experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (or similar role) 
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
Confident, sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly 
Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment 
IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
A genuine interest in healthcare recruitment and making a difference Desirable:
Experience recruiting within healthcare (especially temps) 
Knowledge of complex care or supported living
