Fabricator WeldersPay: £26.00 per hourHours: 8–10 hour days (6am or 7am start)Location: Workshop-based / TonbridgeOvertime: Occasional weekend overtime availableWe are seeking skilled Coded Fabricator Welders with strong experience in MIG and TIG welding, working on both architectural and structural steel. This role is primarily workshop-based.Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in architectural or structural steel are fully suitable.Fabricator Welders Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high–quality MIG and TIG welding on a variety of structural and architectural steel components.

• Fabricate steelwork from drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.

• Work within a busy workshop environment, maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

• Optional: Attend on-site installations or welding tasks when required.

• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.

Fabricator Welders Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding.

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working with structural or architectural steel.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Competent in fabrication processes including cutting, grinding, and finishing.

• Coded welding qualifications (preferred).

Fabricator Welders Desirable skills:

• Additional welding coding or qualifications.

• Experience working on construction or installation sites.

• Ability to undertake both workshop and on-site work when required.

• CSCS card (any type accepted).
