Current turnover is c.£90m and they have ambitious and realistic growth plans of surpassing £100m and further in the next 24 months.We are looking for a confident, motivated and reliable self-starter with a proven track-record in Finance either within a well-rounded accounting role or an analytical position. You will have strong commercial and business acumen as well as have the ability to communicate effectively and articulate yourself to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Reporting into the Commercial Finance Analyst, this role will be responsible for customer commercial audits and analysis as well as maintaining and updating pricing structures and challenging where necessary.

• Maintain and update pricing structures including standard, bespoke and ad-hoc deals. Challenging where necessary.
• Support Customer Service, Logistics and Finance departments to ensure these areas of the business function efficiently.
• Review and administer Regional and On-Trade Promotions, monitor and report on effectiveness.
• Logistics rates review, invoice authorisation and analysis, including review of accruals and assist in standard cost setting.
• New Brand and Product setup and challenge the integrity of existing product data.
• Analysing, manage and discount stock positions to minimise losses. (Provisions, Bin-Ends and Offers)
• Load pricing into customer procurement platforms.
• Customer commercial audits and analysis.
• Suggest improvements for systems and processes, help us to harness elements of ERP currently unused.
• Ad-hoc monitoring, reporting and analysis (Samples, Purchasing History, Packaging)

Understand portfolio brands. You will be a clear and confident communicator with stakeholders across various teams, functions and seniority levels as well as possessing a real business acumen and desire to improve how things are done. You will ideally be an accounting professional who now has a desire to get into a more commercially minded role and really get behind the numbers and involved in the strategic side of the business. Strong Excel is essential and you will be at an intermediate level including knowledge of V-lookups, Pivot Tables and SUMIF functions.
