We're currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading organisation based in Cannock, offering a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between the core finance function and operational teams. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Deliver insightful financial support internal stakeholders
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasting
Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and contribute to strategic growth
Take a proactive approach to financial management, and processes
Develop and implement cost control measures to help deliver increased profitability
Continuously improve and evolve reporting tools
Provide additional ad hoc commercial analysis and support as requiredWhat We're Looking For

You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels. Ideally, you'll be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver financial insight in a business partnering capacity.
