We are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in the Bolton area. This role is ideal for graduates considering teacher training and looking to gain paid experience in a classroom setting, or experienced teaching assistants. You will be supported by a strong cover team and teaching staff throughout the academic year.

Cover Supervisor Role Overview

Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Work flexibly across different departments
Build strong relationships with staff and studentsExperience, Training & Qualifications

Recent graduate (2:2 degree or above)
Previous experience working with young people or in a school environment
Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided)Requirements
