Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Payable Assistant your key responsibilities will be:

Assisting with invoices
Keeping supplier accounts up to date
Preparing weekly payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements
Dealing with queries
Assisting the Finance Manager by creating payments runs through the bankProfile

To be successful for the Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Payable Assistant position you will:

Be bright, enthusiastic, ambitious and confident
Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a finance related role (preferable but not essential)
Have strong communication skills
Be organised
