As a Regional Care Home Trainer, you'll be the face of development across a portfolio of care sites in Coventry and Leicestershire. Expect no two days (or drives) to be the same.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and delivering face-to-face and online training in a multi-site environment
*
Coaching colleagues across care homes and supporting career development journeys
*
Partnering with stakeholders to implement innovative learning interventions
*
Elevating standards through thoughtful analysis, strong presentation, and a warm, engaging style
What You'll Need:
*
Experience in L&D within health and social care
*
A full UK driving licence and enthusiasm for regular Midlands travel - you will need a car and a driving licence to transport your training paraphernalia to various sites.
*
Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
*
A relevant L&D or training qualification (PTTLS/CTTLS/DTTLS/CIPD/Cert Ed - or the drive to gain one)
*
Knowledge of LMS platforms and a proactive, people-first approach
