This is a fixed term contract for a minimum of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

We're looking for an Events & Culture Manager to lead a vibrant calendar of events that bring our community together, celebrate our town, and create unforgettable moments.

From festivals and civic commemorations to creative school projects and the magical Christmas lights switch-on, you'll be the driving force behind some of Crewe's biggest and brightest occasions. We're looking for an experienced organiser with creativity, energy, and a talent for making things happen. If you're passionate about people, culture, and community, this is the role for you.

Qualifications, experience and other stuff you'll need:

* Good standard in secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent), including English Language

* IOSH Qualification or equivalent

* Level 5 Events / Crowd Management Qualification or equivalent

* A willingness to work flexibly; we may need you to work some weekends or evenings if there are special events on that need your attention (but you'll always get time off in lieu!)

* Around 5 years experience in large event Management

Salary & Benefits:

* £39,862.00 per annum
