Resourcing Group is seeking either an Assistant or experienced Quantity Surveyor for an exciting new opportunity in the Midlands.

If you're an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of a couple of years experience, or an experienced Quantity Surveyor, we want to hear from you!

You'll be involved in social housing projects, focusing on planned works including FRA & Passive Fire Protection works, as well as Kitchen and Bathroom replacements.

Working alongside a team of Quantity Surveyors, you'll be familiar with the CVR process, handling projects ranging from £2 - £4m turnover, with 2 - 4 contracts at any one time.

Responsibilities include sub-contract and direct delivery, identifying new subcontractors, risk analysis, client applications, client meetings, sub-contract applications, variation management, stakeholder engagement, invoice, and cash collection.

Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, are a must, as well as proficiency in Coins and understanding schedules of rates.
