Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our client located in Sandgate who are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Administrator to support them for 2 months to cover long term sickness.
The ideal Accounts Administrator would need to be able to conduct the below duties:
Accounts Administrator duties:
- Process sales ledger invoices by matching, batching, and coding them accurately.
- Ensure purchase ledger invoices are matched, coded, and batched efficiently.
- Digitise invoices by scanning them into the accounting system.
- Proactively pursue outstanding debts to maintain financial health.
- Distribute statements of account to relevant parties.
- Issue remittance advices to confirm payment transactions.
- Manage and maintain the accounts email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts-related documents.
You do not require working experience as an Accounts Administrator however you would need to show a passion for numbers and accounts. You would need to fully commit to an office-based position and you are available to start work without any notice, then please apply!
