What you'll be doing in your new Service Advisor role:

Booking in service work and updating job cards
Speaking with customers and suppliers to manage jobs efficiently
Ordering parts and arranging outsourced tasks
Processing costs, handling payments, and raising invoices
Supporting the parts department and admin team
Producing workshop performance data and KPI reportsThe successful Service Advisor will have:

Admin or service experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Good organisation, communication and attention to detail
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance (preferred)
Confidence in multitasking and managing workshop processes
