We're looking for an experienced Air Import Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in air freight who thrives on managing import shipments and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the end-to-end process for air freight import shipments
Preparing and checking all import documentation, including AWBs and clearance paperwork
Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving any delays or issues

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an air import role within a UK freight forwarder (minimum 1 year)
Strong understanding of air freight import procedures and customs requirements
Experience with start to finish operations
