About the Role We're seeking a highly capable Finance Controller to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a hands-on role, covering statutory reporting, management reporting, and oversight of a capable but under-managed finance team (currently 5 people).
Working closely with senior leadership, YOU will lead key process changes, including the urgent implementation of an online timesheet and invoicing system. You'll also play a key role in restructuring elements of the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy as the business scales.
This role offers a clear pathway to Finance Director within 2-3 years. Growth shares will also be available in the future.
Key Responsibilities -
Oversee statutory, management, and general reporting.

Manage and guide the finance team to deliver accurate and timely invoicing and reporting.

Lead the implementation of a new online timesheet and invoicing system.

Drive efficiency and process improvements across finance operations.

Work strategically with the leadership team to identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and support growth.
Essential Requirements -
Proven experience in contract recruitment finance, ideally in international settings

Hands-on experience transitioning from manual time sheeting/invoicing to an online system.

Strong communicator, capable of working across all teams to implement both process and behavioural change.

Demonstrated leadership in managing and restructuring finance teams.
