Head of Paid
Location: Kent (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is an award-winning digital agency and B Corp organisation, committed to delivering ethical, innovative and impactful Paid Media solutions. They offer a flexible, collaborative and supportive working environment.

This senior leadership role involves shaping the Paid Media vision, driving innovation and developing a high-performing team across Paid Search, Paid Social and emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

Create and lead the Paid Media strategy

*

Innovate across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads and new platforms

*

Guide team training, development and performance

*

Drive ethical, effective adoption of AI and automation

*

Collaborate with senior leaders across the business

*

Support commercial teams with proposals and pitches

*

Ensure delivery excellence through processes, documentation and performance tracking

What We're Looking For

*

Senior Paid Media leadership experience (agency background ideal)

*

Expertise across major paid advertising platforms

*

Ability to turn insights into actionable strategy

*

Strong communicator with excellent client handling skills

*

Passion for innovation, AI, creativity and performance

*

Experience with GA4, Looker Studio or emerging tech (nice to have)
