Application Solution Architect - Pharma Supply Chain (Oracle ERP)

£#removed# per day (Outside IR35)
Remote-first - 6 months initially

We're supporting a global biopharma organisation undergoing a major supply chain modernisation and are looking for an Application Solution Architect with deep pharma supply chain and Oracle Cloud ERP experience to take ownership of the end-to-end application landscape.

This role is critical to establishing architecture foundations across a rapidly scaling commercial and clinical supply chain environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and document the pharma supply chain application landscape across Oracle Cloud ERP, TMS, Anaplan, TraceLink, quality systems, monitoring platforms, and partner integrations
  • Provide architectural oversight for Oracle Cloud SCM changes tied to a major transport managementimplementation
  • Lead Architecture Review Board submissions
  • Evaluate new supply chain applications against architectural principles
  • Support the design of a Temperature Management solution for commercial & clinical logistics
  • Maintain architecture views for CMC and wider enterprise architecture alignment
  • Act as a key architectural authority across business, engineering, and vendors

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Application or Solution Architect with strong supply chain domain depth
  • Mandatory experience in pharma/life sciences supply chain (GxP, GDP, clinical vs commercial flows)
  • Strong background with Oracle Cloud ERP (SCM modules) in a supply chain context
  • Ability to map complex application landscapes, data flows, and system dependencies
  • Experience defining architecture standards, decision records, and governance artefacts
  • Strong understanding of planning, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and quality processes
  • Comfortable operating in low-documentation, fast-growing environments
