Futures are working with a high-performing manufacturing business that's looking to bring in a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to support a dynamic, fast-paced site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys being at the heart of employee relations and day-to-day HR delivery.

You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience while supporting managers with timely, practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.

The Role

Act as a first point of contact for employee relations queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practice
Support and coordinate ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and investigations
Work closely with line managers to build capability and confidence in handling people matters
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal processes
Assist with onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee journey
Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
Monitor HR metrics (absence, turnover, ER trends) and highlight areas for improvement
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Ensure HR presence on the shop floor, building strong relationships with employees and management
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or another fast-paced environment
Strong exposure to employee relations with confidence supporting a range of casework
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the business
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a hands-on, operational setting
Minimum CIPD Level 3
