We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of an Administrator to join our Mansfield team here at iBC Healthcare based S40

Contract: Full-Time, permanent contract.

Salary: £12.00 per hour.

Hours: 40 hours a week, full-time role. Monday to Friday

Duties Include:

  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Supporting the HR & Recruitment team and Staff Files (ensuring compliance)
  • Liaising with contractors and maintenance companies to obtain quotes for works identified.
  • Supporting in all operational tasks as directed by Registered Manager
  • Carrying out finance audits and monitoring service user money – Liaise with Registered Manager
  • Provide clerical support for the homes as appropriate, including word processing, photocopying, filing, and keeping personal records.
  • Archiving
  • Organising post
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion
  • Willingness to complete tasks allocated flexibly and out of usual scope.
  • Attending Transition meetings with the Registered manager or Mobilization manager
  • Supporting with administration tasks in the office and onsite.
