We're working with a successful and growing business in Mid Kent who are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity to work with an existing, warm client base, with the chance to earn uncapped commission on top of a solid basic salary.

What you'll be doing:

Speaking with existing customers and processing orders
Building relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products/services
Booking appointments for the external sales team
Following up on campaigns and enquiries
Researching potential new business opportunities

What we're looking for:

Experience in customer service, internal sales, or a phone-based role
Confidence speaking to customers and building rapport
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys working towards targets and earning commission
