This is a brand new position, joining an fun, creative, progressive company. This is to support our client's London office in delivering industry mixers and employee events, alongside providing coordination and administrative support across local initiatives and projects.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning clear goals into well-organised, well-executed experiences.
Key responsibilities:Coordinate and deliver industry mixers and employee events
Manage event plans, timelines, and detailed runsheets
Own end-to-end event logistics, including venues, suppliers, and schedules
Work closely with local teams and leadership
Coordinate speakers, guests, and attendees
Track budgets, manage invoices, and support post-event wrap-ups
Provide coordination and administrative support for wider London initiatives
Required skill set/ experience:- Experience managing events end to end, from concept through to delivery
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Clear communicator, calm and reliable under pressure
This is a 6-month contract with an ASAP start, so we can only consider candidates with a notice period of one week or less.
Please note- this position is based full time in the office (hybrid/ remote working will not be possible).
