Do you love bikes and enjoy leading a team? We're looking for a Workshop Leader in Leeds to combine hands-on repairs with leadership and customer service in a busy, friendly workshop.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support a small workshop team
• Carry out bike repairs, maintenance and e-bike diagnostics
• Deliver excellent customer service and advice
• Manage workflow, organisation and stock levels
• Support sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse
• Train and mentor colleagues

What we're looking for:

• Previous bike mechanic experience (leadership experience a plus)
• Strong technical skills - Cytech Level 2 or equivalent ideal
• Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and coaching others
• Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles
• Problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment
• Positive, proactive and committed to sustainability
