The Role:

• Supervise water hygiene tasks across site (TMVs, sampling, temperature checks, disinfections)
• Mentor and support on-site engineers
• Act as the primary client contact - manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure high service levels
• Ensure L8 compliance and maintain accurate site records
• Coordinate with internal managers to align operational and client goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years in water hygiene (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG274
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience
• Healthcare sector experience beneficial
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
