Quality Technician

Location: Wythenshawe

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm

Reports to: Quality Manager

Salary: £30,000

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Quality Technician to support our Quality team within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will help ensure products meet required standards, documentation is accurate, and quality procedures are followed across production.

Key Duties

* Inspect products during production to ensure they meet specifications.

* Check production paperwork for accuracy and completion.

* Inspect finished pallets for correct quantities, labelling, and safe packing.

* Carry out first-off inspections and product testing when required.

* Manage gauges, samples, and quality documentation.

* Support calibration and control of testing and measuring equipment.

* Log and inspect customer returns.

* Report any quality issues to the management team.
