Location: Various schools across RCT
Pay: £166 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking to make a difference across schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf? We're seeking a qualified, experienced teacher to support a range of schools throughout the RCT area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and committed educator who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments, and is confident working with pupils with a range of needs - including those with behavioural and SEN challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

Teaching across Key Stages (depending on your experience)

Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons

Providing support in both mainstream and specialist settings

Managing behaviour effectively and building positive relationships with pupils

Adapting quickly to different school settings and teams

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience working across primary and/or secondary age groups

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential)

Confident working with children with additional needs and challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
