Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from large-scale infrastructure developments to cutting-edge architectural designs. You will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, ensuring project success, and contributing to the growth of our structural engineering department. Sector include, Aviation, Nuclear and Power, as well as the more traditional commercial, residential and retail etc!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the structural engineering aspects of projects from concept through to completion.
Conduct structural analysis, design, and calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Participate in client meetings and effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design methodologies and approaches.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, including proven experience in the design and analysis of various structures.
Proficiency in structural design software and analysis tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
