Requirements:

• A recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.

• A strong understanding of UK planning legislation and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS) is desirable.

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.

• A full UK driving license is advantageous due to site visits.
