A Disrepair Officer is urgently required.

Working on Property Inspections experience is desirable.

An organisation in Surrey is looking for an Interim Disrepair Officer to join their team.

Contract length - Rolling temporary

Working pattern - 1-2 days in the office

Responsibilities:

* Identify and diagnose property defects, repairs required or issues around health and safety

* Will be required to go on-site to inspect properties

* Coordinating access for inspections through our staff or residents and managing your inspection schedule and workload.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate these skills:

* Aware of property legislation and standards relating to social and supported housing

* Can organise their own workload and provide regular updates on progress.

* Good IT skills

* Good communication skills, especially dealing with staff and residents face to face.

This role will be paying £20-£22 an hour LTD.
