PSR Solutions are seeking an experienced 360 Operator to join our client's team on a residential groundworks project in Gillingham . This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable subcontractor, offering consistent work and the chance to contribute to a high-quality development.

Responsibilities

Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently on site
Supporting groundworks teams with excavation, grading, and site preparation
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times
Assisting with general site duties when requiredRequirements

Valid CPCS or NPORS card with 360 Operator qualification
Proven experience working on residential groundworks projects
Strong awareness of site safety procedures
Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
