About the Role:Our client, a reputable further education college on the Isle of Wight, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Installations Lecturer to join their team.This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students pursuing Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Electrical Installations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Electrical Installations for Level 2 and 3 students.

Develop and update course materials in line with industry standards.

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in achieving their qualifications.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all practical activities.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Recognized Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365).

Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to obtain one.

Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1) is desirable.

Proven industry experience as a qualified electrician.

Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
