CACI is seeking a part time on call Web Developer Intern/CO-OP Intern in King George, VA .What You’ll Get to Do:Provide full stack web application development support on the PEO IWS Communicator. As a junior application developer, work closely with more senior developers to receive customer requirements, recommend source code updates, implement source code changes, test updated functionality, validate all functionality is working as expected, and commit changes to master branch for incorporation into a production release. Participate in the 1337 IT Division’s agile software development process including: participating in daily standup meetings and discussions; contributing to sprint planning and retrospective meetings and discussions; and actively maintaining tasks in the agile project management tool. Apply knowledge learned at school to develop and implement object-oriented programming best practices, recommended software development design patterns, and efficient implementation of normalized and non-normalized data structures. Develop and implement full stack updates including the user interface rendered in the browser, the business logic run on the application server, and the data structures on the database server.Required Skills:Object-oriented ProgrammingFunctional LogicData StructuresAgile Development PracticesCommunication.Currently working towards a 4-year degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related majors at a regionally accredited university.0 to 1 years of experience, educational training can be included.Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, etc.Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
